What about effects (reverb, delay, etc)?

Your individual tracks (in the working file) should provide a dry option if possible. Of course, you can use whatever processing you want for your main mix, as usual. And if you’re providing stems, it’s okay to keep your effects intact with them, too, by definition. But your individual tracks should include a dry option if possible. A bit of EQ or compression is fine, but if you’re doing something radical with those, it’s good to include one version with and one without. As for reverbs, delays, chorus, etc: If a certain effect is integral to an individual track’s sound, by all means include it, so the sound can travel with the part sounding like you intend it to. But if possible and appropriate, a dry version will be good to include, too.
